Question on: Omnilytics
What is the most systematic way to retrieve the various trends on jewellery? As there is little data on demifine jewellery and that the trends can be set according to price, discounts given, how popular the item by material, e.g. gemstones, what would be some of the most useful trends that I could get and how can I be systematic in retrieving these trends?

My experience here was a very terrible one. After I had made my second deposit I was blocked out. Nothing I did worked. I was so frustrated and giving up on my money when DREWWAKE came to my rescue and helped me out with the issue. I would have been in a big mess if I had not met Mr. Drewwake wakefiled ([email protected]) personal email or
WhatsApp him via this address +84 94 767 1524.
privately. I wish to recommend Mr. DREWWAKE to anyone in recovery of loss. He saves me and I believe he can also save others who have run into loss.

Hi Gim, thank you very much for the question and we're very glad you asked!
Here are some ways other Omnilytics users within the jewellery space identify trends
Method #1: Regular monitoring of subcategory performance
On a regular basis, monitor if certain subcategories (earrings, necklace, etc) show positive trend performance compared to the previous period. If certain subcategories show positive score from previous period and is still positive at present, it signals that they're on demand in the market.
Method #2: Aspirational brands
Filter to focus on aspirational brands or competitors brands if overall market seems too wide and some brands irrelevant.
Next, identify certain details and similarities from the trending subcategories or aspirational brands' new ins, i.e. constellation theme, silhouettes direction (more dainty or more statement), colourful gemstones, etc.
As always, a crucial step is to refer back to your own brand's DNA when translating the trends into products to maintain brand identity. We also highly encourage that you cross check with your own brand's historical sales data on what details work or have not worked (i.e. pearl details have never worked historically therefore a signal that this trend may not be suitable to be adopted by your brand)
Bonus tip! Utilise keyword filter to limit the research to relevant brands or competitors. Demifine jewellery typically uses 925 silver material. So we can use keyword like "include: 925 silver" or "exclude: real gold". Alternatively, you can limit the price range based on the price range of demifine jewellery in the market.
Hope this helps Gim! As always feel free to reach out to us via in-dashboard live chat support if you require any further assistance. We're always happy to help.

Question on: Glew
How can we get a clearer picture of channel attribution for stores that have migrated customer profiles over? Our channel attribution report shows 40-60% of revenue from an 'unknown' source, regardless of using first-touch or last-touch attribution in the Glew platform. How can we make changes to our Google Analytics or CRM to accurately show where these new orders are coming from?

Hey Lucas - just wanted to jump in and see if I can help out a bit. Sorry about the unreported revenue that's a fairly significant amount.
In Google Analytics, you can update your attribution model by going into the Admin > Attribution Settings. From here you can adjust the reporting attribution model to your liking (last, first, linear, position-based, data-driven ). Hope this helps a bit!
